I had a leak caused by some settling brick. The mortar between the brick had large cracks and rainwater was getting in behind the brick, through the wall sheathing and into the house. We had a water leak above a window that was determined to be from an improperly installed diverter and stucco band by the builder. Needless to say having water drip inside during heavy rain is stressful. I found Ernesto and his company using Kudzu and called based on the solid reviews. He quickly called me back and had his stucco expert Oscar out the next day. Ernesto put me at ease saying that his reskimming process will solve any leak issues. He gave me options on how much work to do. To keep the color consistent we decided to go ahead and reskim the whole front of the house. I had numerous questions throughout the process, and Ernesto and I talked pretty close to every day. He always quickly answered my questions. The work was done quickly. Oscar and his team did an excellent job. The color match was amazing. They were able to make some test holes to determine that there wasn't structural damage and even took photos for my records. I was very pleased with the end product. I also had them rebuild our stone entry way steps and landing. They took out the old stone that was thin and replaced it with thick flagstone. They even rebuilt part of the base that wasn't done properly to begin with. Miguel did an amazing job chipping and building the steps. It was a lot of hard work but now the front of our house has been transformed. We couldn't be more pleased with Ernesto and his company.
